Processing TimeProcessing Time=The timeframe it takes to make your item(s). Processing time is between 8-14 business days on all products unless they are listed otherwise. This DOES NOT include weekends, holidays, owner vacation days, or shipping. Based off of volume of orders my timeframe may change to 20 business days, however my customers are always notified. I will always try my best to keep everyone updated. Announcements will be posted on the site for any changes. *This includes the top, center, and end of the site*

Communication is keyALL of my customers are definitely important to me! If something is inaccurate, please send me an email within 2 days of receiving your order so we may resolve any issues made. Business HoursMonday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. cst. One thing I always let my customers know is that our weekends are set for family time, any emails received after 5 p.m. cst. will be answered the following business day. Emails sent Friday-Sunday will be replied to the following business day. Please allow at least 1-2 days for a reply, I do response to everyone as quickly as possible.

ShippingShipping Time=Time it takes for a mail carrier to deliver your order. Please understand JaysCraftRoom is NOT responsible for shipping delays or errors. This is something we CAN'T control. We are NOT responsible for the mailing service. Once you receive your tracking number and the item(s) are dropped off with the mailing service it is out of our hands. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for shipping damages or lost packages. Please file a claim with the shipping company. We will NOT issue a refund, remake, or credit for any of mailing service issues. Information with shipping needs to be put in correctly, anything delivered due to wrong information JCR is NOT responsible for. If any items are returned the buyer must repay shipping cost. Please make sure all address information entered is correct, we can't make changes.

Ready To ShipThese are items already made and ready to send out. If we ever have ready to ship items, the timeframe is 2-5 days unless stated otherwise. If items are purchased Friday-Sunday, they will ship the following business day. Ready to ship items placed with items that have a 10-14 business day timeframe will all ship together in that 10-14 business day frame. Please make sure to not order together if you would not like to wait 10-14 business days.

Cancellations Once an order is placed there are NO refunds or cancellations. Bleached TeesBleached shirts use direct heat from the sun, this is how we process bleached items. Therefore, with all bleached items being made to order at times they may take the full 10-14 days to process before shipping. Keep in mind no two shirts will ever be the same with bleaching, each is unique. As part of bleaching, each shirt is washed with detergent before being shipped off.
